Donn Adolfo founded Donskee Technology Solutions on October 11, 2012. For over 13 years, he has designed and built automation systems that run in the background of service businesses: systems that handle the repetitive, high-volume operational tasks that owners know they should do but consistently don't have time for.

His focus is on what he calls “revenue-generating workflows”: the specific operational processes that, when automated, directly produce more customers, more retention, and more revenue without requiring additional staff. Review collection is one of those workflows. Lead follow-up is another. The common thread is that these are things service business owners agree are important, routinely fail to do consistently, and can be handled entirely by software once the system is set up.

RepuClinic™ is the product that came out of watching dozens of service businesses lose customers and revenue to competitors with worse operations but better Google profiles. Not because those competitors were better, but because they had more reviews.

Original data on Google review benchmarks.

In Q1 2026, Donn conducted a systematic analysis of Google Maps local pack placement across 20 US cities and 7 trade categories, covering approximately 1,400 businesses. The study established baseline review count and rating thresholds for local pack appearance in each trade, producing the most comprehensive publicly available benchmark dataset on Google Maps ranking for trade contractors.
