RepuClinic™ is operated by Donskee Technology Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Who We Are
RepuClinic™ is a product of Donskee Technology Solutions. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Donskee Technology Solutions as the operator of RepuClinic™.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide directly:
- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you book a call or sign up for the pilot
- Information about your business operations during onboarding
Information you share with us to operate the service:
- Customer contact information (name, phone, email) for sending review requests on your behalf
- Job or appointment completion data from your existing software, used to trigger review requests at the right time
We do not collect payment information directly. If you continue after the pilot, payment is processed through a third-party payment processor.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To send automated review requests to your customers on your behalf
- To route satisfaction feedback privately before it becomes a public review
- To generate AI-drafted replies to reviews posted to your Google Business Profile
- To send you reporting on your review growth
- To contact you about your account, the service, or changes to this policy
We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not use your customers' information for any purpose other than providing the service you engaged us to perform.
4. How We Share Information
We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate RepuClinic™, including communication platforms and our automation infrastructure. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Donskee Technology Solutions, our customers, or others.
5. Pilot Participation and Marketing Use
As part of the free 90-day pilot, we may request permission to reference your results (starting review count, ending review count, and rating change) in our marketing materials. This is entirely optional and we will ask you explicitly before using any information connected to your name or business.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and business information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Customer contact data provided for review outreach is retained only as long as necessary to operate the service.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data and your customers' data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for us to use your customers' data for outreach at any time by canceling the service

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active users by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
