About RepuClinic™

We automate the one thing every local business forgets.

Asking for reviews. Your customers would leave them. Nobody asks. We fixed that.

01 · The problem

Great businesses can look invisible on Google.

Most local businesses do great work and have nothing to show for it on Google.

Owners know they need more reviews. They mean to ask after every job. Sometimes they do. Mostly they don't. There's always something more urgent demanding attention.

The result: a Google profile that doesn't reflect the quality of the work. Potential customers search, see thin reviews or an old rating, and call someone else. The better business loses the job before anyone answers the phone.

That's the problem RepuClinic™ was built to fix.

02 · From pattern to system
  1. 01

    The pattern kept appearing.

Over 13 years of building automation systems for service companies, the same situation kept appearing. Businesses doing genuinely good work, including roofing crews who left every site clean, HVAC techs who showed up on time, and plumbers who explained the problem before they fixed it, had Google profiles that didn't reflect any of it.

Not because customers were unhappy. Because nobody had a system for asking. The owner meant to ask after every job. The tech felt awkward bringing it up. The office manager had an invoice to send and a next appointment to schedule. The ask slipped.

RepuClinic™ started as an answer to one question: what if asking never had to depend on anyone remembering?

  2. 02

One setup path. Then it runs.

After your intake is reviewed, RepuClinic™ connects to your existing software and sends review requests automatically after every completed job, appointment, or service visit. Three follow-up touches go out to non-responders. Unhappy customers are routed privately so you can resolve the issue before it becomes a public review. Every review that comes in gets an AI-drafted reply posted on your behalf.

Nothing changes about how you or your team operates. The reviews just start coming in.

03 · Compliance

Every customer gets the same honest opportunity.

We follow Google's review policies. Strictly.

Some review generation tools use a practice called review gating: customers are asked a satisfaction question first, and only those who respond positively are directed to leave a Google review. Unhappy customers get routed to a private form instead.

That approach violates Google's review policies explicitly, and it conflicts with Federal Trade Commission guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. Beyond the compliance risk, it doesn't solve the underlying problem. Customers who are filtered away don't become neutral. They find another channel.

RepuClinic™ sends review requests to every customer. Consistently. The actual customer experience determines the outcome. That is the only approach that is both compliant and credible. It is also the only one that produces a review profile a business can stand behind.

90days to prove it

04 · The offer

The pilot is free because results are the pitch.

The 90-day pilot costs nothing. No credit card. No long-term contract. No obligation to continue. We run the full system for your business for three months and let the results speak.

The one ask: if the pilot works, we'd like to use your numbers in our marketing. Starting review count, ending review count, and rating change. We'll always ask before using anything with your name or business attached.

After the 90 days, continuing is $197 per month, month-to-month, cancel anytime. You keep every review regardless of what you decide.

05 · Where we are

Building the founding pilot cohort.

RepuClinic™ is in active use and currently accepting businesses for the founding pilot cohort. In practice, you get direct access to the founder, not a support ticket queue or an onboarding specialist reading from a script, but the person who built the system.

Your questions get answered directly. Your feedback shapes what we build next. The tradeoff is simple: less polish than a mature SaaS product, more responsiveness than you will ever get from one.

The pilot is free because results are a better pitch than a sales deck. We would rather show you what this looks like for your business than explain it.

07 · Track record

Thirteen-plus years building systems that run in the background.

Donskee Technology Solutions was founded on October 11, 2012. That is over 13 years of designing and building automation systems for businesses. The company began this work long before automation became a standard product category and has learned what works in practice versus what looks good in a demo.

Most reputation management tools are two to three years old. RepuClinic™ is built on more than a decade of operational experience with service businesses: their real workflows, constraints, and the places where software promises routinely fall apart.

08 · Built by

Donn Adolfo, Founder

Donn Adolfo is the founder of Donskee Technology Solutions and the builder behind RepuClinic™. He designs automation systems that run reliably in the background so owners can focus on the work, not the software. RepuClinic™ grew out of a consistent pattern he observed across dozens of service businesses: great work, thin reviews, and no reliable system for closing the gap.
