Terms of Service

By using RepuClinic™ you agree to these terms. They're written plainly. Please read them.

1. Who You're Agreeing With

RepuClinic™ is operated by Donskee Technology Solutions. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Donskee Technology Solutions. "You" refers to the business owner or authorized representative signing up for the service.

2. The Free 90-Day Pilot

We offer a free 90-day pilot of the full RepuClinic™ service. During the pilot:

  • There is no charge, no credit card required, and no contract
  • You may cancel at any time with no obligation
  • You keep every review collected during the pilot regardless of whether you continue

The pilot is available to qualifying local service businesses in the United States. We reserve the right to determine eligibility.

3. What's Included

The RepuClinic™ service includes:

  • Automated review request messages sent to your customers after each completed job or appointment
  • A 3-touch follow-up sequence for customers who don't respond to the first request
  • Satisfaction routing that flags potentially negative feedback privately before it becomes a public review
  • A past customer reactivation campaign during the first 30 days
  • AI-drafted replies to every Google review
  • Auto-posting of 5-star reviews to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts (where applicable)
  • A live review widget for your website
  • Monthly reports on review growth and rating changes

4. The One Ask

Our only ask in exchange for the free pilot: if the service generates measurable results, you agree to allow Donskee Technology Solutions to reference your aggregate results in marketing materials. This means your starting review count, ending review count, and rating change.

We will always contact you before using any information tied to your name, your business name, or any identifying details. You may decline specific uses at any time.

5. After the Pilot

After the 90-day pilot, continued access to the RepuClinic™ service is available at $197 per month. This is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time and your service will remain active through the end of the billing period.

Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes do not apply retroactively.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using RepuClinic™, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to provide the customer contact information you share with us
  • Your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including those governing commercial messaging and customer communications
  • You will not use the service to solicit reviews through incentives, fake reviews, or review manipulation in violation of Google's policies

7. Acceptable Use

RepuClinic™ is designed to help you collect genuine reviews from real customers. It is not designed to, and must not be used to, generate fake reviews, selectively solicit only positive reviewers, or otherwise manipulate your online reputation in ways that violate platform terms of service.

We reserve the right to terminate service to any account found to be in violation of this policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The RepuClinic™ platform, software, brand, and materials are owned by Donskee Technology Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your own business purposes during your active subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

RepuClinic™ is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific results, review counts, or rating improvements. Results vary based on your business type, customer volume, and other factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Donskee Technology Solutions' liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel by contacting us at hello@repuclinic.com. We may terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
